Airbus renamed joint venture with Bombardier
The joint venture of the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus and the Canadian company Bombardier for the production of single-aisle aircraft CSeries Aircraft Limited Partnership (CSALP) from June 1 changed its name to Airbus Canada Limited Partnership.

According to the Airbus press service, the renaming reflects Airbus’s ownership of a controlling stake in the Bombardier CSeries aircraft program. The acquisition of the program was completed in July 2018, after which these aircraft received the designation Airbus A220.
